Fantastic selection of Eco Products, but I love the variety of products for the birds in the garden. The birds in our garden love the different food bits and nectar we've put out for them. The service has always been great, and John always stays in touch with the status of your order. Definitely highly recommended!

Hi John,I have just received the two Sisal nests.Wow, they are much better than I could even have imagined.They are massive, and sealed at the top and bottom with a protection plate (never seen before) Beautiful rope to fasten it too.Thank you very much for exceeding my expectations. I have had such a good experience with ProAct Retail. They have a good variety of items to choose from and the ordering process is painless and straightforward. As is the payment system. Once the order was placed I received updates every step of the process and delivery was almost 48 hours later!! Even the delivery company was wonderful- everyone helpful and courteous! Love my new little birdhouse. It's cute and pretty yet robust enough to handle falling from the third floor (which is what happened my previous wooden one). At first the birdies weren't too sure of the change but now they love it and it holds plenty more seed which means less topping up and more space for them to share, although they still fight over it.I was so impressed with the delivery time; ordered and delivered to my door the next day, will definitely be purchasing more goodies from the ProAct company. Thank you!
